Starring Lucy Purr and Dakota Charms
We start off where we left off in part 3, still using weights and still sweating, you can really see the sweat shining during this work out. After they finish with the arm workout, Dakota switches it to some more leg workouts. Squatting and leg lifting combined in one move, then on to monster squats walking and squatting as she moves around the room.
After that they transition into lunges, Lucy is starting to really breathe heavy but Dakota is not letting up. They go right into more cardio exercises. Finally allowing Lucy to take a break before they move on to the next workout.
