A new law has been passed. Now it is against the law to show your belly button in public. Exposing your belly button will get you arrested. Bliss Dulce is standing outside the back door of a club. She is waiting for security to let her in.

That is when an undercover cop happens to come by. Office Torvea notices her exposed belly and tells her that she can’t be in public like that. And points to her stomach. She tells him it is ok because she is just waiting to be let in so she can do her show.

Not accepting her answer he tells her that she is in public. She tries to argue with him that she is covered. Her pantyhose are up covering her belly button. And she doesn’t understand what the big deal is. He tells her the pantyhose are see through and that is not hiding her belly.

He decides that she is not listening to him and he needs to arrest her. Still arguing he turns her around and puts her hands on the door. He grabs her arm and handcuffs her wrist. Then he grabs her other wrist and handcuffs that wrist as well.

Once she is handcuffed he searches her person. As he is frisking her she starts to laugh. He undoes her pants and slides them down slightly to make sure she is not hiding anything. Then he grabs her hips and she laughs again.

He decides to put shackles on her ankles because she is trying to get away. She tells him it is because he is tickling her. That is why she is moving. He does not believe her and once her ankles are shackled he continues to check her. And she continues to laugh from his tickling.

Once he is satisfied she doesn’t have anything on her he grabs her arm. They are going to walk back to the station. He holds her arm so she doesn’t fall. Also the arm holding makes sure she can not run away. They walk outside for a little while until they get to the station.

Once back at the police station he walks her down the hall. He has her stand in front of the camera. Then he can do a more extensive body search. He frisks her again and again she starts to laugh. She bends over and grabs his crotch. He asks her to refrain from groping him. She tells him that she didn’t it is because he is tickling her.

He unshackles her ankles and removes her shoes. Commenting that her shoes are wet and they stink. Then he starts to remove her pants and she protests. He lets her know he has to in order to check her.

Once her pants are off he continues with his search. She laughs and wiggles because of the tickling. Once done he grabs her arm and walks her to her cell.

He has her grab him just like she did when he was searching her. She grabs him and starts rubbing him just like he asks. With the handcuffs on she continues to tug on him through his jeans. She tells him that she would do a better job if the handcuffs were off.

He tells her they will try that later. But for now he is going to put her in her cell. He un handcuffs her and yells for the cell door to be opened. There is a buzz heard and he opens the cell door.
