Workout with Bliss Dulce E5

This is a continuation of Workout with Bliss Dulce E4.
Now they are outside to do calf work outs. Scott explains they will start with calf stretching. Then he has her do standard calf raises 10 times. Next step he has her put her toes out. She stretches first in that position then does calf raises again. The next step her toes are pointed in. She continues to do the calf raises.
You can see that she is already feeling this exercise. This is repeated on each step until she gets to the top. Once at the top she walks down the steps and then back up them. He has her go up and down the steps a few times and then start the routine again.
She complains that it hurts so he lets her stretches her calfs again. Then he has her go up the stairs doing calf raises on each one. The camera gets good closeups of her legs as she does the raises. You can see her muscles really working as she goes up the steps.
Once at the top she goes up and down the steps a few times. Then he has her stretch again. She is able to get lower than she did when they first started. Lots of closeups with the camera. Then he has her stand out in the sun so he can see the sweat on her back. She is glistening in the sunlight.
