In Stomach Ache Exam Paige Erin Turner Part 2 the doctor gave Paige a general exam. Now it is time for the stomach exam.

Paige is laying on her back on the exam table. The doctor is using a stethoscope to listen to her abdominal sounds. He moves the stethoscope around listing to different areas of her stomach. Then he pulls her panties down a little and uses a flashlight to look at her stomach.

He mentions that she has some bruising on her stomach. She says that she is clumsy and is always bumping things. He continues his visual inspection. Next he uses both hands to feel her stomach. Pressing and probing.

She tells him where it hurts when he applies pressure. He narrows the pain to to two regions of the abdomen. The Umbilical region and the Left lumbar region. She notes that pressure adds to the discomfort. While we can see som bruising on her abdomen, it is not in the quadrants she is feeling discomfort.

He makes notes of where she is feeling the pain and then has her turn on her right side. The doctor does further examination of her side in this position. Then has her lay on her back again. He feels around her stomach some more.

Also he presses on the bruises on her side and asks if it hurts. She tells him it does not. He continues to feel around then tapping the belly and listening to the tone of different sounds. She asks why he is thumping on her stomach. He explains how percussion can be used.

Next he squeezes her stomach rolling it to see if there is any discomfort. She indicates that it does not hurt. Then he takes an electronic thermometer to see if there is a difference in temperature.

Once completed he tells her to get dressed and he will be back. He steps out of the room and she starts to get dressed. When she is almost dressed the doctor tells her once she is dressed to go out to the waiting area. He is going to want to do some more tests on her.
