Handcuff Catch and Release Bliss Dulce

Bliss Dulce gets handcuffed and shackled. She is walked off and after a fun time with the cop she is walked back in the handcuffs and shackles then released.

Bliss Dulce is standing against a building. She is wearing Thigh High black leather boots with high heels. And a skin tight short dress. While she is looking at her boots a man walks up. She asks if she can help him and he says yes.

He tells her to put her hands on the wall. He is an undercover cop and has been watching her for a while now. They have a van across the street with cameras. Bliss puts her hands on the wall and the police officer searches her. After he frisks her he hand cuffs her.

As he is handcuffing her he notices she is wearing a man’s watch on her wrist.  He looks at it and realizes it is a very expensive watch. How can she afford something like that. He then realizes she makes a very good living on the street.

Once she is handcuffed he continues to search her. As he is searching her she laughs because it tickles. She decides to be a little more friendly to the nice officer. She flirts with him more and that seems to be working.

After he searches her he takes another look at her Breitling watch. It looks good on her wrist. But then again so do the handcuffs. He turns her around to face him. And he thinks she needs to be searched a little more. He gropes her breasts and she smiles at him. She tells him that she can tell he is good at his job too.

Maybe they could come to some sort of agreement. He puts shackles on her ankles and they walk back to his van across the street. Close up of the handcuffs and shackles as she walks in the the thigh high boots. Also closeups of him arm holding her bicep. After a bit he walks her back to the place where he first cuffed her.

He thanks her for her time and starts to take off her shackles. She says she had a good time but did he have to keep the handcuffs on the whole time. He laughs and says yes. Then he reaches up her dress and slides her panties down her legs and over her thigh high boots. He puts them in his pocket saying it is a little something to remember her by.

Then he removes the handcuffs from her wrists and tells her to stay out of trouble. Bliss smiles and watches his ass as he walks away.
