Belly Exposed Tickling Bliss Dulce

Bliss Dulce is stretching before her yoga. She is wearing her yoga pants and sports bra. Her shoes are off exposing her feet. And her top leaves her belly and belly button ring completely exposed. Also Bliss is not wearing a bra or underwear under her clothes. So you can see her nipples through her shirt. And she has a case of camel toe going on as well.

The county she is in doesn’t allow so much skin to be exposed in public. The new ordinance prohibits bellybuttons to be exposed and it is actually worse to show a bellybutton ring.

Officer Torvea stops her and asks her where her clothes are. She doesn’t understand what he means. After all she is wearing clothes. He points to the lack of clothing and tries to inform her of the law. He doesn’t want to arrest her because it is his day off. And he does not want to do the paperwork. But Bliss just talks back to him and will not listen.

He decides that he has to take her in. She is made to put her hands on the wall and he handcuffs her. As he is handcuffing her wrists she continues to talk back to him. She begs him to let her go. He ignores her as he handcuffs her.

When he turns her around he tells her that he has to search her. As he frisks her she wiggles away. Bliss apologizes and tells him that she is extremely ticklish. The officer tells her that he has to search her and to hold still.

Bliss tries to hold still but can’t help but to wiggle and laugh as he tickles her. After a while of her laughing and trying to get away. He has her put her face against the wall so she can not run. But her wiggling is too much. She begs for him to stop tickling her. That is when he shows her the difference between tickling and searching.

She is having a hard time catching her breath. After more struggling he decides to take her in so he can search her with the camera on. He grabs her arm and walks her off.

They walk down the hallway. There is a close up of the handcuffs as she walks. Also a close up of her bare feet as she walks. They come into a small room and he tells her that his is going to search her again.

As he tries to search her she wiggles and screams. Laughing so hard he has to keep stopping. He ties to search her legs and she laughs and kicks. He tries to hold her with one hand and search with the other but she keeps pulling away.

He is trying to explain but she is having a hard time understanding because she is laughing so hard. So he goes back to searching her. When he gets down to her knees she jerks and kicks. Finally he decides that they will have to completely restrain her to do the search. They walk off.
