Post Accident Exam Paige Erin Turner

Paige Erin Turner was in an accident. She decided to go to the doctors office and get a check up. Paige wanted to make sure that everything is ok. When the doctor comes in he asks her a few questions before telling her he is going to give her an exam. She undresses and puts a gown on. Once sitting on the table he comes back in and picks up his stethoscope. First he checks her heart, moving the stethoscope around her chest. Then he walks around behind her. And has her take deep breath’s. After he is happy with what he hears he starts the physical part of the exam.

He feels her neck and shoulders as well as checking her range of motion. Then asks questions as he goes behind her and presses on her back. Next he has her remove her gown so he can inspect her back. He does both a visual exam as well as feeling with his hands. Looking for any issues of concern. He goes to her front and continues looking and feeling for anything unusual. The doctor notices some bruising on her neck and shoulders. Next he has her lay back on the exam table. She is very stiff from the accident and has trouble laying down.

Once she is down the doctor continues to visually inspect her as he presses with his fingers. He notices she winces at some of the pressure. This indicates that there may be an issue in those areas. She does mention some irritation in those areas as well. Next the takes out the stethoscope and listens to her stomach. Then he presses and she indicates there is pain there as well. After more examination he tells her that they need to run some tests on her stomach. He just wants to make sure there is no internal injuries.

She puts her gown back on and waits for the tech to come get her.
