Woman arrested for exposing belly, then handcuffed and shackled.  The officer is arm holding her so she does not fall when walking in the shackles. Once at jail she is tickle searched.

Paige was standing outside enjoying the day. She did not realize that the laws in this county have changed. Now the crop top that exposes her belly is not allowed. In fact any showing of the belly can get a woman put in jail.

Undercover Officer Scott Torvea was walking by. He often patrols the park and surrounding areas. That is when he noticed Paige and her lack of proper attire. At first he tries to be nice by asking if she can cover up. But when Paige refuses he has no choice but to arrest her.

He makes her turn around and put her hands on the wall. Paige is still arguing with him as he puts her in handcuffs and shackles. He does a quick search before he walks her back to the station. She continues to try to convince him that she is not doing anything wrong.

The officer is arm holding her so she doesn’t trip as she walks in handcuffs and shackles. Close ups of arm holding as well as the handcuffs on her wrists. And closeups of the shackles on her ankles as they walk outside. There is also full body shots of them walking while he holds her arm.

Once at the police station they walk down the hall again getting more close-ups of the handcuffs and shackles as well as the arm holding. Finally they get to the area where he can search her in front of a camera and another officer. He explains to the other officer (off screen) that she has been belligerent and argumentative.

Paige of course denies it and continues to argue. He has her stand in front of the camera and explains that it is for her safety as well as his. Then he begins the search. As he frisks her she jerks away. She tells him that she is ticklish and that he is tickling her.

He explains that he has to search her. But every time he tries she laughs and wiggles. As well as tries to get away. He continues to attempt to search her but she keeps laughing and pulling away. Finally he decides they are going to have to strip search her.

He walks her into a jail cell. Tells her to face the wall. Next he takes the handcuffs off her wrists. He asks her to stop moving but she continues to move and argue. So he has her put her hands on the wall as he removes the shackles from her ankles.

He exits the jail cell and tells her to turn around and remove her shoes. She takes off her shoes and kicks them towards him. He comes back in and takes the shoes. Stepping outside the jail cell again he asks her to remove her clothes. Paige refuses saying he can’t make her do that. He tries to explain that he has to search them. She tells him he doesn’t need to search anything.

Scott walks back into the jail cell and makes her face the wall and put her hands up. He removes her shorts and crop top. Then exits the cell. He calls for them to close the jail cell door. While she is standing with her hands on the wall the cell door slides shut.
