Sprained Ankle Bliss Dulce

Bliss Dulce gets home after a good workout. She is wearing her black yoga pants, black long sleeved top and white tennis shoes. Once in the house she looks around for her phone. That is when she trips and twists her ankle.

In pain she tries to see how bad it is. Bliss applies pressure to her foot and yells out in pain. She tires to stand on it but it hurts too much. After a little bit she decides to take off her shoe. Bliss painfully tries to remove her shoe a few different ways but each way seems to hurt worse than the last.

Finally she removes her shoe and crawls over to the couch. Using the couch to help her stand on one foot. She hops around and sits down on the couch. Then she realizes she doesn’t have her keys or phone. She stands up and hops on one foot look around for her keys. The living room may not be huge but it takes Bliss a while to hop around on one foot and look for her keys.

Finally she finds her keys. Out of breath from hopping around on one foot she decides to sit down for a second. Then she gets up and hops back to the couch. She decides that she can not drive with her right ankle sprained. She hops to the bedroom looking for her and collapses on the bed. It is exhausting hopping around on one foot.

Finally she finds her phone and calls for someone to come pick her up so she can go to the medical clinic.
