As the women traverse the unknown landscape, they each have encounters with the harsh environment. Their clothes are no match for the branches that cut through like blades. Each woman struggles to get free from the sharp snags, but to their dismay, hear the ripping of their only link to civilization. They try to maintain their modesty in front of the others, but as their clothes become more tattered, they realize that they have less and less of a chance of getting rescued.
Just as the women enter a clearing, their tattered clothing indicates their poor state of affairs. Their buttons do not stay in their holes, their collars are torn and their hair is unkempt. The skirts barely hang on to their tired bodies. What were once nice items of clothing, would now be turned down by a street bum. The flight attendants refuse to take off their cravats in the off chance that they are rescued. Airline policy dictates that they must be presentable at all times, and even if the situation is dire, they cling to the notion of civility.
After 2 hours of walking, the women are even more disheveled. Their bras are on full display as their blouses hang down their filthy bodies. The schoolgirl gives up on the notion of keeping her modesty and yanks off the remnants of her skirt. Mina is embarrassed to be exposed like this, but there is nothing she can do to alter it. The older women insist on keeping their hats on, because they still hope for the best as they forage on.
The stranded damsels have walked for miles and it is beginning to mess with their minds. One of the flight attendants demands to have the other flight attendant’s skirt so that she can fix her own. Angel and Candle start fighting over it and end up ripping it off. The schoolgirl and the business woman end up following suit and pulling off each others clothing as well.
Reality settles on them as they realize they have no clothes at all, and have just a suitcase of white panties they have been hauling through a deserted forest. The flight attendants finally admit the folly of wearing their silly company hats and toss them to the ground in disgust.
All of a sudden they hear the drums of the natives, and are terrified as they see their captors coming in the distance.
