Workout with Bliss Dulce E3
Starring Bliss Dulce and Scott Torvea
This is a continuation of Workout with Bliss Dulce E2.
They just finished doing splits to stretch. Now Scott has her turn around and do downward dog. Bliss does her best to have Scott show her first. This is Bliss’s way to put off having to do it. Scott does show her but she jumps in and starts doing it as well.
They talk about bent knees vs straight knees. Scott shows her different ways to get into position. He is trying to get her stretched more so he goes back to the first stretch. Reaching up to the ceiling then bending over and trying to touching the floor.
Scott explains how the stretch is suppose to work. How they are using gravity to help with the stretch. Next they do more yoga style stretches. He helps her get into position.
Bliss does a good job trying to do the stretch properly. Scott has the camera now and does some close ups of her feet and legs as she is in position. Then he puts the camera back so he can show her the stance better. He explains how proper hip placement helps with balance and the stretch.
Bliss switches sides and stretches the other leg. Then Scott tells her that they are going to move into steps.
